Miller & Carter Cribbs Causeway has reopened after undergoing a major transformation with a new refurbished look and menu.
The restaurant unveiled its brand-new look following a four-week refurbishment period with the steakhouse officially reopening its doors to guests on Friday, March 21, 2025.
Customers can now enjoy the restaurant’s renowned steaks and other menu items in a newly refurbished setting with a new menu introduced to mark the reopening.
The Cribbs Causeway Miller & Carter also now features a brand-new private table for 10, which can be booked every day from 12pm, 3pm or 6pm.

New Miller & Carter Cribbs Causeway Menu
The newly reopened Cribbs Causeway restaurant has introduced a refreshed menu featuring a variety of dishes.
From their signature aged steaks to seasonal creations, the menu caters to different tastes and occasions.
The new Miller & Carter menu continues to highlight their 30-day aged British and Irish cuts. Options include ribeye, fillet, sirloin, and chateaubriand on the steaks menu.
As part of the updated menu, the Hot Honey Chicken Wings provide a sweet and spicy appetizer option that pairs well with the steakhouse’s indulgent mains.
Pan Roasted Cod Loin offers a lighter alternative to steak while maintaining the restaurant’s commitment to quality. Served with white bean and chorizo cassoulet and crispy potatoes, it’s a refined choice for seafood lovers.
The vegetarian option of Wilted Spinach & Camembert Puff Pastry combines creamy Camembert with caramelized onions in a puff pastry, accompanied by roasted vegetables and gravy.

Located at Cribbs Causeway, Patchway, Bristol BS10 7TL, the steakhouse location is easily accessible and offers free parking options, including off-street parking.
Reservations can be made online for up to six months in advance or on the same day, subject to availability. Guests are encouraged to include all members of their party (including children) in their booking count.
Special requests for seating preferences can be noted during the booking process. A deposit may be required for larger parties, and tables are held for 15 minutes past the booked time.
