Miller & Carter Langdon Hills in Basildon has undergone an extensive refurbishment with a new look and new menu.
The renovation introduces a refreshed interior design, enhancing the dining ambiance to provide guests with a more comfortable and modern experience.
The Langdon Hills location reopened its doors on March 28, 2025, and has welcomed customers back to the steakhouse location with a new menu to choose from.

New Miller & Carter Basildon Menu
The newly reopened Langdon Hills Miller & Carter restaurant has updated their menu to mark the official reopening following a makeover.
The updated a la carte menu features a variety of new dishes alongside classic favorites.
Notable additions include Pan-Seared Scallops paired with pork belly and miso dressing, and the award-winning 30-Day Aged Ribeye Steak, which secured a gold medal at the World Steak Challenge Awards in October 2024.
For dessert, the Carter’s Signature Chocolate Bar offers a rich conclusion to the meal on the new menu.
In addition to the menu enhancements, the restaurant now offers special dining experiences such as the Dates and Steaks three-course set menu available every Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm.
There is also a fixed-price lunch menu starting from £19.25 for two courses and the popular Sunday lunch choices.
